Wacky’s New Home

Most of you know, Wacky my iPod Touch. Wacky is from Joaquin (hwah-KEEN), which is the Spanish form of Joachim which means God Will Establish.

OK, enough of my obsession with names!

My sister cleansed her wardrobe for the nth time and I saw one of her pink shirts among the “To Throw” pile. It was still in good condition, I think she wore it twice or thrice. I loved the lace pattern and the buttons.

I decided to make Wacky a cozy! And yes, I know I have a masculine name for an inanimate object and would want a lacy, feminine home for it, but hey, I would like to think of Wacky as the metrosexual iPod Touch!

Of course, it’s handsewn! I would need to conquer my fear of needles before I can use a sewing machine (or give blood, or get a tattoo…hmmm…)

Anyway, I am loving it!
