MAIL LOVE:

♥ The very pretty new momma Mika’s Spring Deer Kit arrived last Friday. I reached home at about 1am and found her package on my bed!

♥ LULA Magazine from Sarah! Ohmigosh, when my Mom handed this to me last night I was …euphoric? Thank you Sarah for fulfilling one of the stuff in my wishlist! You’re so sweet and very kind! This Lula is safe in my hands, I’m not going to cut it up ever!

 

PRETTY STUFF

Reading a lot of beautiful blogs, meeting very creative people, I just have been very inspired to create again. A fresh departure from all the fangirling that has been invading my life. The seed was planted last April, but it was only last Saturday where I was really on a roll:

I ticked off a lot of things on my to-do and to-make lists:

♥ first, fuel up with coffee and McDonald’s apple pie, my favourites.

♥ two cellphone straps, pictured above is the very yellow Winnie the Pooh I forgot to take a pic of the violet+pink centipeded that I made out of macramé.

♥ the mini envelopes from Japanese magazines. I have improved these envelopes the recent ones I  made yesterday were lined with colored paper, the contrast is very interesting!

♥ six letters to my long-suffering pen friends, I used Mika’s WONDERFUL, BRIGHT, CHEERY Spring Deer Kit. Thanks a lot dear! Your kit is awesome, I am going to use the other stuff soon.

♥ Fixed the ring that I bought online, and made another one. It’s a BIG polymer clay flower! It’s very eye-catching  And yes, I am into rings these days.

♥ I also made a new leather pouch for Wacky because the pink rubber protective thingie has been abused for far too long it’s worn out.

 and BIRTHDAYS

I have been making birthday cards for cell for two years, while some people will complain about it and ask me, “Why not you just buy from Kino or Borders?”, I relish cardmaking! So for the past few weeks I’ve been making cards:

Unfinished yet, this person’s birthday is within this week! Haha, so excited to give this to her!

This is a minibook that I am making for someone else’s birthday she doesn’t read my blog, so I think I can post this. I’ll probably post a how-to of this. The paper is so gorgeous don’t you think?

I still have a lot of ideas on my mind and sketchbook!
